End-User License Agreement for Streaming Audio Recorder Plus Software.

Trial Version

Code Inventors Pieces ('Streaming Audio Recorder Plus') is not freeware. You may use Streaming Audio Recorder Plus for evaluation purposes only for a trial period of 30 days. After this trial period, you must either purchase a license ('licensed version') to continue to use the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus or delete the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus from your computer.

You are hereby allowed to make any number of backup copies of the trial version of the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus and its documentation. You may give a copy of the trial version of the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus to anyone, providing that no additional fee is charged and the package files remain unmodified. Licensed Version

You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed version, or any subset of the licensed version, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Single Developer License
The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the licensed version of the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus on one computer, for any legal purpose.

Company License
The company is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Version of the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus on an unlimited number of computers at a single company location, for any legal purpose.

Common Provisions

You may distribute the setup programs created with the licensed version as you wish, without further payment of royalties for the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus.

You may not alter the Streaming Audio Recorder Plus in any way, including its help and text files.

The Streaming Audio Recorder Plus is distributed 'as is'. No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The Streaming Audio Recorder Plus author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this Streaming Audio Recorder Plus.
